these are the four pillars on which we articulate our Menus and to which the inspiring principles of our Cuisine respond!

The cuisine is entirely focused on the gastronomic excellences of the territory, adhering to the principles of "Km0" and seasonality. It honors ancient recipes and flavors, masterfully reinterpreted by Giuseppe Romano, Executive Chef and former student of the multiple award-winning "Michelin Star" Vincenzo Guarino. The dishes epitomize high quality, merging tradition and innovation into a unique blend! 

Inebriating scents blended with an evocative atmosphere, amid centuries-old walls that have continuously witnessed the historical and human events of a great family for nearly three centuries.

Research and selection of the best local productions used in the kitchen are the foundation of our "gastronomic project," together with the desire to rediscover and narrate the history of this magical land at the table.

Here are some of our proposals:

  • seasonal productions;
  • traditional local dishes;
  • ancient recipes revisited in a modern key;
  • a selected Wine List, attentive to the Excellence of the territory.

The Lunch Menu is only available from 12.30 PM to 02.30 PM
